You arrive at Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5, the International Terminal. Chicago O'Hare Airport is linked to the city centre by Interstate-90W, a 22-minute drive. If you take Interstate-290W and Interstate-294N, it takes just 27 minutes to get to Downtown. Midway International Airport is also only 30 minutes away by rental car, taking the I-90W.

If you arrive at Terminals 1, 2 or 3, simply proceed to the outermost curb of the terminal, once you've collected your belongings from Baggage Claim. Shuttles leave from pick-up points on the Lower Level and are marked with digital displays that read “Rental Cars/Parking Lot F”. At the end of your contract you will be asked to return your vehicle to this parking lot.

The Multi-Modal Facility is located at 10255 W. Zembke Blvd, Chicago, IL 60666. Shuttles usually pick-up from Door 1G at Terminal 1, Door 2E at Terminal 2, Door 3G from Terminal 3 and leave from Door 5B at Terminal 5.
