ROUTES Car Rental at Chicago O'Hare Airport

At Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) branded car rental companies are grouped together at a Multi-Modal Facility, not far from the terminals. Courtesy shuttles take customers with car hire reservations to this Facility. Where the car rental company at Chicago O'Hare Airport does not have a presence at the Facility, there are arrangements in place to pick-up from just outside the Multi-Modal Facility.

Shuttle buses run 24-hours a day, every day of the week. Simply collect your belongings from the Arrival's Baggage Claim at the curb front, then head to the exits. Pick-up points are typically at Terminal 1 Door 1G, Terminal 2 Door 2E, Terminal 3 Door 3G and Terminal 5 Door 5B. Shuttles have digital displays at the front that read “Rental Cars/Parking Lot F”.

The Multi-Modal Facility is located at 10255 W. Zemke Blvd, Chicago, IL 60666 and Chicago O'Hare Airport is linked to the city of Chicago by Interstates I-90W and I-80. Midway International Airport is within a 30-minute drive, getting to Downtown Chicago takes less than 30 minutes.
